This is the official support page for ScrollSpring. Use it for product help, privacy requests, and store listing contact.
On your device. Guest progress does not sync across phones yet. Optional Cosa accounts / Supabase sync may come later and will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy before launch.
Only for speaking practice so you can record and compare. Recordings stay on your device. You can deny permission; speaking cards that need recording will not work until you allow it.
Only if you choose a profile image. You can skip this and still use the app.
No. Writing practice uses simple stroke-count and proportion checks as feedback. It is not full handwriting recognition and does not certify fluency.
Check volume and silent / Do Not Disturb mode, then restart the app. If it continues, email us with the character or phrase that failed.

Billing is handled by Apple or Google. For refunds, cancelled purchases, or receipt issues:
Email us if you need product-side help after a purchase, but store refund decisions are made by Apple / Google.

ScrollSpring is an education / language practice app. It does not include social chat with strangers in the current version. Parents / guardians should supervise use by minors as appropriate.
